This one a little redesign of the 7th doctor for a fan fiction I wrote and was going to illustrate. Never got round to finishing either. LOL typical.

Great design,although I like that he carries an umbrella instead,but still a good pic. 7 was always one of my faves,next to 4 and a few others.
