this one was a design for a female Ice Lord as we never saw if the Ice Warriors of Doctor Who had females.

I believe they have females. In fact.. why can not be females some of the Ice warriors seen in the series? They're reptiles, after all.

well apparently they appear in a book or a audio and are fully described in that to be just like the males but more slender with dorsal spines and a spiny crest and apparently the bigger the crest the more attractive they are! ;)

Well in the Big Finsh Dr who Cd bride of Peldon the lead ice warror mentions his sister and the books described a culture as well but again I don't know if you take them into canon but great design by the way and yeah they should be brought back.
